About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute technically and functionally to GRC Technology client engagements and internal projects
- Identify potential business opportunities within existing engagements and escalate them appropriately
- Anticipate and identify engagement risks and share issues with senior team members
- Assist GRC Leads and Architects with GRC/IRM proof of concepts and technology feasibility assessments
- Develop Optro/Auditboard builds, including Automated Test Framework development
- Work with Solution Designers, Architects, and Business Analysts to interpret requirements and define feasible solutions
- Map customer requirements to Optro/Auditboard GRC functionality and advise on implementation best practices
- Design and develop custom GRC applications and modules
- Configure and customize workflows, policies, forms, and user interface elements
- Participate in scrum meetings, user story point definition, and prioritization
- Drive process optimization, efficiency, productivity, and automation
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, and flows
- Conduct testing and quality assurance
- Provide technical guidance and support knowledge-transfer sessions
- Monitor Optro/Auditboard features, releases, and industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GRC with other systems and tools
- Lead customer requirement show-back sessions, system demos, and workshops
- Assist regional teams with RFP pursuits, proposals, solution design, and effort estimation
- Maintain productive client relationships
- Travel to customer locations as needed when restrictions are lifted
- Deliver allocated tasks on time and follow project quality processes
- Comply with EY policies and procedures, including timesheet and leave management
- Assist the Project Lead with estimation, reviews, execution, and customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor project resources and participate in organization-wide people initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 6+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services organization
- Led/completed at least 3 to 5 end-to-end Optro/Auditboard implementation engagements, including SOXHUB, OpsAudit, RiskOversight, and Cross Comply
- Optro/Auditboard GRC certifications: Certified Core Administrator, Certified Module Administrator, and Implementing as Project Lead/Data Lead
- Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation
- Basic understanding of Information Security, business continuity, and Risk Management
- Knowledge sharing, training, motivating, and developing team members
- Good understanding of the Optro/Auditboard technology platform, including workspace and portal
- Strong communication, presentation, team-building, report, paper, and presentation skills
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or Electronics & Telecommunications, or MBA is listed as ideal, not required
- Robust understanding of program and project management practices
- Familiarity with a typical IT systems development life cycle
- Demonstrated track record with a blue-chip consulting or blue-chip organization
- Demonstrated experience in delivery management and client management
- Exposure to Archer, ServiceNow, MetricStream, or Enablon is an advantage
- Exposure to Alteryx, Snowflake, or Tableau is an advantage
