About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute investment banking transactions end to end
Prepare comprehensive information memorandums and pitch books
Build financial models and apply valuation methodologies including DCF and trading comparables
Manage transaction execution
Coordinate due diligence
Review Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs)
Conduct research and analysis using financial databases and AI tools
Provide services across multiple client departments
Deliver insightful and practical solutions for complex issues
Support clients across consumer products and healthcare sectors
Advise corporates, private equity firms, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions on strategic and financial matters

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master of Business Administration
Post Graduate Diploma in Management
Chartered Accountant
3-5 years of experience in Investment Banking
In-depth knowledge of investment banking processes
Proven experience in live transactions and end-to-end deal execution
Experience preparing information memorandums and pitch books
Extensive financial modeling experience
Understanding of valuation methodologies such as DCF and trading comparables
Experience managing transaction execution
Experience coordinating due diligence and reviewing Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs)
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of financial databases such as Bloomberg and Capital IQ
Working knowledge of AI tools and applications for research, analysis, presentation development, content preparation and productivity enhancement preferred
Prior experience in the consumer sector preferred
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements
Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems
Ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions
