About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide guidance and share knowledge with team members on complex, judgmental, and specialized issues
- Work with teams and clients to create engagement plans and strategies addressing engagement risks and professional standards
- Brief engagement teams on client environments and industry trends
- Maintain client management relationships and manage expectations for work products, timing, and deliverables

- Identify technological developments and evaluate business impacts
- Manage projects, inspire teamwork, and use technology to improve deliverables and services
- Support Partners and Senior Managers with business development, resource gathering, key contacts, and proposal preparation
- Create innovative client insights, contribute to thought leadership, and develop methodologies
- Facilitate client discussions and knowledge sharing
- Plan and schedule client engagements and deploy appropriately skilled teams
- Review engagement status and work products
- Serve client needs and develop productive client relationships
- Monitor business, economic, regulatory, and standards developments
- Demonstrate industry expertise and prepare management or audit committee presentations
- Improve operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives
- Identify buyers, influencers, and stakeholders in client engagements

Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong knowledge of information security, risk, and controls concepts
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001/2, ISO 22301, ISO 27018, PCI-DSS, HITRUST, and related standards
- Foundational AI fluency, including approved AI tools, basic AI concepts, judgment about AI outputs, and responsible AI policies
- Strong knowledge of FISMA, HIPAA, Reg SCI, MAS, and related regulations
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI layers and protocols, networking, and security concepts
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS security and database security
- Familiarity with OWASP and Secure SDLC frameworks
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, IDS, and IPS
- Knowledge of security architecture design and review
- Experience with LAN/WAN architecture and reviews
- Knowledge of privacy, governance, and reporting
- Knowledge of antivirus solutions such as Symantec and McAfee
- Knowledge of incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity management
- Knowledge of cryptography
- Knowledge of physical and environmental security
- Knowledge of asset security and identity and access management
- BE/BTech/MCA with sound industry experience of 7 to 10 years
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle cross-functional teams
- Strong documentation and requirements analysis abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within timelines
- Deep financial-services domain experience preferred
- Prior client-facing experience preferred
- CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or Lead Implementer certifications listed
