About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support EY-P Global Infrastructure Advisory practices on engagement delivery and business development across transport, health and human services, and power and utilities
  • Prepare Regulatory Due Diligence reports covering regulatory frameworks, drivers, risks, opportunities, scenario analysis, modelling, benchmarking, RAB methodology, WACC methodology, regulated costs, and concession contracts
  • Lead end-to-end engagements across the infrastructure project lifecycle
  • Prepare business proposals and presentations
  • Conduct research, data collection, and analyses across public and private sector projects
  • Maintain communication with practice offices and inform them about evolving service offerings to drive growth
  • Understand local policy and market environments of client offices served
  • Support proposal preparation and submission for government and multilateral consulting tenders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a Post Graduate in Management / MBA from a reputed college / University
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience working in the Infrastructure sector
  • Experience in transport, health and human services, or power and utilities sectors
  • Experience preparing Regulatory Due Diligence reports
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure and energy regulatory policies and frameworks
  • Experience with procurement strategies, tendering methodologies, and bid evaluation processes
  • Knowledge of contractual provisions for infrastructure and concession agreements
  • Familiarity with performance standards, service-level obligations, payment and incentive mechanisms, and contract management frameworks
  • Exceptional business writing, research, and financial modelling skills
  • Demonstrated experience producing high-quality written reports
  • Demonstrated experience in infrastructure-sector financial modelling is advantageous
  • Experience supporting proposal preparation and submission for government and multilateral consulting tenders
  • Hands-on proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good project and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Factiva, ThomsonONE, Capital IQ, or BMI is an added advantage
