About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for telecom/network inventory (TNI)
- Design scalable solutions using CMDB and CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and TSOM/TNI
- Lead implementation of ITSM, ITOM, and telecom modules
- Model telecom/network services, including L1/L2/L3, circuits, and devices
- Architect integrations with NMS, EMS, OSS/BSS systems
- Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and reconciliation
- Mentor teams and drive best practices
- Optimize platform performance and scalability
- Drive architecture decisions and align ServiceNow capabilities with evolving telecom business needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and telecom modules
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB
- Experience with ServiceNow TNI, Service Mapping, and Discovery
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and telecom lifecycle
- Integration expertise with REST, SOAP, and MID Server
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer
- ServiceNow CSA certification
- Minimum 2 CIS certifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Leadership and mentoring ability
