About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop business process improvements using the Power Platform stack and related complementary components
Provide guidance and mentoring to other developers and junior colleagues
Support and maintain existing automations and applications
Manage projects involving Power Platform and related technologies
Design, develop, test, deploy and support RPA and Power Platform solutions
Create technical documentation
Define and describe business processes
Provide efficient input at appropriate stages of the development lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of experience in MS Power Platform
Proficiency in Canvas Apps, Power Automate and Model Driven Apps
Knowledge of Power Platform as an ecosystem in relation to other Microsoft products
Experience working with Azure resources and ability to use them in automation projects
4+ years of experience in business process improvement
Ability to create technical documentation
Analytical thinking and ability to define and describe business processes
Knowledge of good development practices
Ability to mentor less experienced colleagues in good development practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of another programming language or technology from the Microsoft tech stack
Ability to grasp complex business concepts quickly
Ability to utilize genAI in daily work
.NET Framework experience would be an advantage
VBA programming experience would be an advantage
Experience with relational databases would be an advantage
Experience with chatbots would be an advantage
Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
