About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement Oracle Planning and Budgeting financial planning solutions using PBCS/EPBCS
- Design and deploy Financial Reports, Web Forms, Dashboards, Business Rules, Smart Lists, Management Reports, Security, and Approval Workflows
- Develop Data Integrations between source systems, including file-based integrations, Pipelines, and Data Maps between cubes
- Develop and maintain complex business rules, aggregations, and dynamic calculations
- Collaborate with FP&A to gather requirements and prototype solutions
- Conduct system testing and deliver end-user training
- Troubleshoot metadata and data load issues and perform data validations
- Work with clients to understand business objectives and deliver scalable, high-performance planning solutions
- Define process automation using EPMAutomate and Batch Scripting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 4 years of experience
- Minimum 2–4 years in customer-facing implementation projects, particularly Oracle PBCS/EPBCS highly preferred
- Hands-on expertise in PBCS/EPBCS
- Experience with dimension hierarchy management, data integration, Management Reports, Smart View reporting, Web Forms, dashboards, Task Manager, business rules, Groovy Scripting, security, approval workflows, and financial process optimization
- Experience implementing Workforce, Financials, Capital, and Projects modules in EPBCS preferred
- Experience in large corporate or multinational environments preferred
- Involvement in finance transformation projects preferred
- Exposure to agile or waterfall project methodologies
- Exposure to Groovy Scripting and SQL for advanced customization
- Strong collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers
- A degree or background in Finance or Accounting is a strong advantage
