About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist consultants in handling clients' complex people-related challenges
  • Help understand and address people-related business issues
  • Support work to improve and drive valuable, sustainable business results
  • Contribute to organization and workforce transformation engagements, including scenario modelling, organization design, workforce planning and analytics, and talent strategy
  • Support change experience and learning initiatives, including new ways of working and transformation adoption
  • Contribute to HR transformation, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, employee policies, and rewards
  • Support purpose, culture, and leadership programs aligned with clients' business strategy and operating model
  • Collaborate with individuals and teams across geographies and sectors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Final year undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant major
  • Degree from a reputable university with an excellent academic record
  • Minimum GPA 3.20 out of 4.00
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, verbal and written
  • Proficiency in English, verbal and written
  • Previous internship experience in consulting, human resources, business transformation, or related fields is an advantage
  • Participation in Business Case Competitions, consulting clubs, consulting projects, or relevant student organizations is an advantage
  • Enthusiasm and strong drive to learn and self-develop
  • Highly motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry
  • Effective communication and confident teamwork across various teams
