About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Apply advanced technologies to analyse and design end-to-end business processes
Identify inefficiencies using quantitative and qualitative techniques
Support large-scale data collection
Implement optimal business processes to mitigate operational, legal, reputational, regulatory and economic risks
Perform risk assessments based on contract terms and conditions
Extract data and perform data analytics to quantify financial and operational compliance with contracts
Summarize and report complex and disparate datasets using dynamic Power BI dashboards
Administer and support software discovery tools including SCCM, BDNA, Flexera and ServiceNow
Assist with infrastructure upgrades, security compliance and remediation
Communicate effectively between EY and clients
Work on multiple projects with shifting priorities
Seek information independently, solve conceptual problems, coordinate resources, model project strategies and deliver results
Foster and develop strong local, area and global networks
Work with project managers to ensure project deliverables are timely and high quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

A graduate degree or higher
Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
1–6 years of SAM or Software License Compliance experience
Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI
Experience working with software discovery tools such as Flexera, BDNA, SCCM and ServiceNow
Knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization technologies, network topologies, software vendor license agreements and licensing terms
Understanding of IT processes and IT infrastructure, including applications, databases and operating systems
Knowledge of Oracle, Windows and Linux
Outstanding Microsoft Excel skills, including analysis of complex and disparate datasets using pivot tables and functions
Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a diverse, dynamic team environment
CSAM/ISO 19770/ITAM/BSA SAM qualification preferred
PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred
IT vendor certification, such as Microsoft Certified Professional, preferred
Big 4 experience and training
