About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead requirements gathering and documentation using AIM, OUM, or other prescribed methodologies
- Deliver implementations across at least 8 Oracle Fusion SCM modules
- Conduct CRP sessions and participate in design reviews and solution discussions
- Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion SCM modules
- Interpret functional requirements and deliver solutions independently from offshore
- Design module-specific solutions in a fully integrated Oracle Fusion environment
- Handle solution design, functional fit-gap analysis, training, and testing
- Assist business teams during CRP, SIT, and UAT
- Prepare deliverables, documentation, test scripts, and test cases
- Conduct training for users and internal teams
- Support the Project Management Office with documentation and status reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–12 years of relevant experience working in Oracle Cloud SCM
- Preferred experience with Oracle E-Business Suite SCM for at least 2–3 years
- Experience with Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, BOM/WIP, Costing, or WMS modules
- Worked on at least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Strong exposure to integration, data conversion, and EBS–Fusion coexistence scenarios
- Experience in solution design, functional specifications, and end-to-end delivery
- Hands-on experience in application configuration, test-case preparation, and execution
- Implementation experience in at least 8 Oracle Fusion SCM modules
- Strong communication, customer handling, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in documenting using OUM or another structured methodology
- Ability to lead and mentor teams, work under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask, and collaborate
- Must follow well-defined release-management processes
- Must have a valid passport
- Willingness to travel for client-site work or business travel
- Education: BE / MBA
