  • Maintain dashboards and reports on resource availability, utilization, and forecasting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate / MBA (HR)
  • 12–14 years of overall experience
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end resource management, deployment, forecasting, and scheduling concepts
  • Hands-on knowledge of end-to-end resource management
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools is an added advantage
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adjust responsibilities to developing business needs
