About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Apply advanced technologies to analyse and design end-to-end business processes
Identify inefficiencies using quantitative and qualitative techniques
Support large-scale data collection and implement optimal business processes to mitigate risks
Perform risk assessments based on contract terms and conditions
Extract data and perform data analytics to quantify financial and operational compliance with contracts
Summarize and report complex and disparate datasets via dynamic Power BI dashboards
Administer and support software discovery tools such as SCCM, BDNA, Flexera, and ServiceNow
Assist with infrastructure upgrades, security compliance, and remediation
Communicate effectively between EY and clients
Work on multiple projects with shifting priorities
Seek information independently, solve conceptual problems, coordinate resources, model project strategies, and deliver results
Develop strong local, area, and global networks with key service line champions
Work with project managers to ensure project deliverables are timely and high quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate degree or higher
1–6 years of SAM or Software License Compliance experience
Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI
Experience working with software discovery tools such as Flexera, BDNA, SCCM, and ServiceNow
Knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization technologies, network topologies, software vendor license agreements, and licensing terms
Understanding of IT processes, IT infrastructure, applications, databases, operating systems, Oracle, Windows, and Linux
Outstanding Microsoft Excel skills, including analysing complex and disparate datasets using pivot tables and functions
Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic team environment
Ability to work remotely where required
Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
CSAM/ISO 19770/ITAM/BSA SAM qualification preferred
PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred
IT vendor certification such as Microsoft Certified Professional preferred
Big Four experience and training
