About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute functionally to GRC Technology client engagements and internal projects
Identify potential business opportunities within existing engagements and escalate them appropriately
Anticipate and identify engagement risks and share issues with senior team members
Work with Solution Designers and Architects to develop feasible GRC solutions
Map customer requirements to GRC functionality and advise on GRC implementation best practices
Gather requirements and help design GRC applications and modules for client and compliance needs
Participate in Agile Sprint planning and define user stories
Configure and customize GRC workflows, entities, policies, forms, and UI elements across GRC domains
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure test coverage
Conduct functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, and performance testing
Validate configurations, workflows, and customizations against requirements
Conduct quality assurance to ensure solution accuracy and reliability
Lead customer requirement show-back sessions, system demos, and workshops
Provide testing status updates and participate in project meetings
Identify, document, and track defects
Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, TestNG, or ServiceNow ATF
Train and mentor project resources
Participate in organization-wide people initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst cum Tester in the GRC domain, specializing in ServiceNow IRM
ServiceNow GRC certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC and Certified System Administrator
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
Experience developing and maintaining training documentation
Basic understanding of Information Security, Business Continuity, and Risk Management GRC domains
Knowledge sharing, training, motivating, and developing team members
Understanding and adherence to workplace policies and procedures
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or Electronics & Telecommunications, or MBA is listed as an ideal qualification
Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC
Familiarity with a typical IT systems development life cycle
Demonstrated experience in delivery management and client management
Exposure to GRC tools such as Archer, MetricStream, or Enablon is an added advantage
Strong communication and team-building skills
Experience producing high-quality test cases and test reports
