About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of ISS initiatives, including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, budget tracking, and delivery governance
Develop and maintain integrated project plans with cross-functional teams
Manage project schedules, dependencies, and execution priorities
Coordinate resource planning, capacity tracking, and execution readiness across global and virtual teams
Facilitate project reviews, milestone checkpoints, and delivery readiness assessments
Establish and manage PMO governance processes, RAID logs, executive dashboards, action trackers, status reporting, and project documentation
Coordinate governance forums, steering committee reviews, leadership updates, and working sessions
Monitor program health, financials, delivery metrics, dependencies, and execution progress
Support leadership decision-making through reporting, analysis, risk assessments, and actionable insights
Collaborate with EY GDS and EY US stakeholders across business, technology, operations, finance, and sector teams
Facilitate communication across project teams and leadership groups
Coordinate transition, deployment, and operational readiness activities
Act as a central coordination point for priorities, escalations, and delivery dependencies
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
Develop mitigation and contingency plans and drive issue resolution and escalation management
Standardize PMO processes, templates, governance practices, and reporting mechanisms
Conduct project closeout activities, lessons learned, documentation management, knowledge transfer, and transition support

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in project or program management roles, preferably within large, matrixed organizations
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Marketing or creative operations experience; agency-side experience is an added advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and reporting/dashboard preparation
Experience working with geographically distributed and global teams
Strong project and program management skills
Demonstrated leadership capabilities across global and virtual teams
Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
Strong business understanding and ability to align activities with transformation and operational goals
Ability to manage changing priorities and ambiguity
Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities
Good understanding of PMO governance, project lifecycle management, reporting, and delivery management processes
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar tools
Expert in MS Project, Planner, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Azure DevOps exposure is desirable
Agency management experience is desirable
PMP, Change Management, or Design Thinking certification is highly desirable
Experience in global professional services is desirable
Experience in budget, vendor management, and/or operations is desirable
