Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consult with United States senior talent leadership and other stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, strategic priorities, and opportunities to create measurable business value.
  • Lead discovery sessions, process reviews, and stakeholder discussions to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, reporting enhancements, and business transformation.
  • Analyze and interpret complex Talent and workforce data to identify trends, business impacts, risks, and opportunities, while translating findings into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Create executive-ready reporting, dashboards, presentations, and visualizations that communicate insights in a clear, meaningful, and decision-oriented manner.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8-10+ years of professional experience in business analysis, people analytics / HR analytics, reporting, process improvement, project management, technology enablement, automation, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects from discovery through implementation and adoption, including coordination across stakeholders, technical teams, and end users.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics, Data Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field required.
  • Preferred certifications include: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900), Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), Microsoft Copilot-related certifications or learning credentials, PMP, Agile, Scrum, People Analytics, or other project management / analytics certifications.
