About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and support clients in improving and transforming O2C processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Utilize and demonstrate a deep understanding of the MS Dynamics 365 to optimize finance processes and drive efficient transformation and transition.
- Responsibilities include designing and executing test strategies, collaborating with cross‑functional teams (business analysts, project managers, technical teams), and supporting solution design.
- Support go-to-market efforts and development of client proposals and RFP responses, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
- Deliver clear and compelling presentations to clients, articulating the benefits and outcomes of finance transformation initiatives.
- Identify, register, plan, and mitigate risks, clearly communicating them to stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes.
- Proven experience in MS Dynamics 365 implementation projects, ideally including system configuration understanding or hands‑on key user experience.
- Familiarity with leading practices in finance process optimization and transformation.
- Ability to work directly with clients, offer strategic insights, and adapt to changing needs.
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in German or French is a plus.
- Experience in other finance domains such as P2P or R2R.
