About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support real estate project management from inception to completion
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial models, feasibility studies, investment analysis
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders
- Liaise with external service providers
- Assist in regulatory compliance and risk management for real estate operations
- Support technical project management, including contract preparation, program management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or consulting
- Specialized training or Master in real estate investment and management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of financial modeling, asset valuation, and investment analysis
- Proficiency in Excel and other real estate analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in French and English (German is a plus)
