About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the deployment planning and delivery of in-person and virtual learning courses.
  • Works directly with the Delivery Program Manager and Assistant Delivery Program Manager to create plans to deliver the required learning including date forecasts, target audience lists, classroom assignments, registration, instructor preparation, CPE documentation, and budget management.
  • Develops forecasts with projected dates, locations, and an estimate of the number of classes and attendees.
  • Publishes scheduled offerings and content in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Determines class participants, timing, session counts, and general course planning.
  • Manages the class rosters and escalates where minimum attendee numbers have not been met.
  • Coordinates with Virtual Producers for virtual learning.
  • Liaises with Travel, Meeting & Events (TME) and hotel to block and manage sleeping rooms and meeting space.
  • Monitors expenses related to off-site venue, networking/social activities, and ground transportation.
  • Provides feedback on strategic fit, relevance, quality, and deployment of learning.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-5 years of learning or meeting and event services experience (learning preferred)
  • Experience of working in HR in professional services or corporate environment
  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge and experience of EY’s learning policies and practices preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and mediation skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to establish trusted relationships in a virtual environment
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment
  • Strong financial skills for budgeting, monitoring, and allocating learning costs
  • Ability to effectively work within a geographically dispersed team
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
