About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute cross-location hiring strategies across Poland aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Partner with Consulting leaders to forecast workforce needs and build sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to strengthen talent attraction and acquisition.
  • Define, monitor and drive recruitment targets and KPIs.
  • Support the development of recruitment offers, establish location-specific hiring guidelines and monitor exceptions to agreed recruitment and compensation frameworks across locations.
  • Analyze the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of hiring strategies, providing data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Identify recruitment challenges and implement actions to improve hiring quality, speed, and conversion rates.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of internship and graduate recruitment programs.
  • Ensure successful onboarding and conversion of top-performing interns into permanent hires.
  • Support recruitment processes for Senior Leadership Team and other critical leadership positions.
  • Conduct market mapping and strategic sourcing for key leadership roles.
  • Partner with leadership and HR stakeholders to support succession planning for business-critical positions.
  • Identify and strengthen internal leadership pipelines, assess successor readiness, and contribute to talent review discussions.
  • Support the design and implementation of leadership development programs that accelerate the readiness of high-potential talent and strengthen succession pipelines for key leadership roles.
  • Collaborate on leadership development initiatives, succession strategies, and programs that ensure leadership continuity and long-term organizational growth.
  • Support the design and implementation of career development pathways and development initiatives for GDS G&I Industry talent, including learning programs, leadership development activities, mentoring, and talent-focused events.
  • Identify talent retention risks and implement workforce strategies that support long-term organizational growth and capability needs.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify retention risks and implement improvement actions.
  • Support programs that enhance employee experience and organizational culture.
  • Support and coordinate external employer branding initiatives that strengthen the Consulting organization's market presence and attractiveness as an employer.
  • Partner with Recruitment, Marketing and business leaders to design and deliver recruitment-focused events, university partnerships, career fairs and networking events.
  • Promote the Consulting Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and showcase career opportunities to attract top talent across all experience levels.
  • Measure the effectiveness of branding activities and recommend improvements to increase candidate engagement and talent pipeline quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Recruitment Strategy, Talent Management or related HR functions.
  • Experience in Consulting, Professional Services or a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate workforce data into business decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and project management skills.
  • Experience supporting executive-level recruitment, leadership development and talent management initiatives is highly desirable.
