About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a primary point of contact for Global Consulting Finance and GIFT stakeholders and build strong senior relationships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing recommendations and constructively challenging stakeholders to support effective decision-making.
  • Deliver meaningful insights and forward-looking analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Act as a governance point for reporting and analytics demand, ensuring prioritization, alignment with strategic objectives, and avoidance of duplication, while translating business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Act as the primary interface to the full R&DA capability, ensuring stakeholders benefit from the full range of reporting, analytics, and insights solutions offered by the R&DA.
  • Accountable for the quality, consistency, and business relevance of reporting and analytics outputs, overseeing delivery by GDS teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness while proactively managing risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Drive process improvements through automation, standardization, and enhanced analytics. Promote scalable, self-service reporting solutions and continuous improvement across the function. Supporting innovation, AI and finance transformation. Contribute to the adoption of advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions within reporting and finance processes. Identify opportunities where AI and automation can enhance insights, efficiency, and decision support as appropriate. Support business stakeholders in understanding and adopting new data and analytics capabilities. Participate in Global Integrated Finance Team (GIFT) initiatives, contributing to finance transformation and continuous improvement efforts. Ensure alignment of reporting and analytics solutions with broader finance and digital transformation priorities.
