About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review, enhance and benchmark the stress testing and ILAAP practices applied across banks and financial institutions based in MENA
  • Independent validation of ILAAP documents submitted by MENA Banks
  • Refine & Benchmark the methodology applied in computation of liquidity ratios and reporting
  • Document / Summarize the review findings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in BFSI and ~8 years overall experience
  • Must have worked in a large or mid-sized banks, accountable for the deliverables related to liquidity stress testing and ILAAP
  • Must have experience in Benchmarking of Liquidity risk management practices
  • Must have strong understanding of industry best practices on ILAAP & Liquidity risk stress testing
  • Working knowledge of Python, SQL, Excel and MS-office
  • Hands-on experience in working with large data sets
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly
