About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage Executive Assistance team in GDS Poland (100+ FTEs)
  • Prove experience in client management, people management, and resolving service delivery concerns
  • Work closely with onshore teams and other members of the EY GDS services team
  • Responsible for various transformative projects in administrative processes reengineering area
  • Build and maintain exceptional and strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders
  • Serve as the GDS representative in BSS structures in Europe West region
  • Represent GDS Poland EA CoE on the global forum
  • Own, monitor and maintain the performance of the team using established ways of working
  • Define strategies to develop and enhance existing service offerings
  • Identify individual training and development areas for all members of the team
  • Ensure appropriate level of support is in place for all team members
  • Actively contribute to improvements of the tools, systems and procedures used by the team
  • Identify issues and propose solutions
  • Actively monitor and analyze workflow and assignments to ensure efficient operations
  • Anticipate future resource requirements
  • Drive innovation, automation and AI agenda within the team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience as people manager and service delivery manager
  • Advanced English skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Customer orientation
  • Understanding and compliance with deadlines and priorities
  • Good understanding of the Polish labour law and regulations
  • Experience in building high performing teams across generations, cultures and locations
  • Proven experience in transitioning and/or setting up new roles from the offshore to the onshore organization
