Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of experience in software product engineering principles, processes and systems
  • Hands-on experience in Java / J2EE
  • Experience with web servers, application servers, major RDBMS like Oracle
  • Hands-on experience in at least one CI-CD and IaC tools
  • Experience in at least one cloud technology and its reliability tools
  • Experience in Observability - APM tools and metrics
  • Defining NFRs and SLA/SLO/SLI agreements for products/services
  • Knowledge of queuing models, thread pools
  • Experience in Linux (RHEL) performance monitoring
  • Proficiency in Java runtimes and performance tuning
  • Experience with Web Services, SOA, ESB
  • Knowledge of application design patterns, J2EE application architectures
  • Knowledge of automation scripting languages like Python
  • Mastery of collaborative software development using Git, Jira, Confluence
  • AI/ML & Data Analytics knowledge is a plus.
