About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance solutions using Adobe Experience Manager
  • Create and customize components, templates, workflows, and services in AEM
  • Develop features and services using Java, J2EE, Sling, and OSGi
  • Build integrations between AEM and enterprise systems using REST APIs and JSON
  • Contribute to technical design and define scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions
  • Collaborate with architects and UX, product, business, and engineering teams
  • Ensure application quality, performance, security, and maintainability
  • Support deployment processes, delivery automation, and CI/CD practices
  • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of technical incidents
  • Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and contribute to delivery quality
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to processes, architecture, and developed solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Advanced/Fluent English (C2), with the ability to communicate in an international environment
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining solutions using Adobe Experience Manager
  • Hands-on experience with Java and J2EE development
  • Knowledge of AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Sling, OSGi, and Apache Dispatcher
  • Experience developing and customizing components, templates, workflows, and services in AEM
  • Familiarity with Maven, Git, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, REST APIs, and JSON
  • Experience building integrations between AEM and enterprise systems via APIs
  • Experience in medium to large enterprise projects and working with international teams
  • Knowledge of best practices for application quality, performance, security, and maintainability
  • Ability to perform troubleshooting and resolve technical incidents in complex environments.
