About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing a team of data analysts and data scientists responsible for a portfolio of diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics projects
  • Supports the continuous evolution and strategy of data science capabilities
  • Oversees and engages in deep dive diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to support data-driven business decision making
  • Identifies and diagnoses data inconsistencies and errors, documents data assumptions, and forages to fill data gaps
  • Communicates complex analytical findings and implications to business leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in analytical roles with team leadership responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in data wrangling and statistical modeling using programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL); strong command of machine learning techniques, data mining protocols, and advanced data analysis methodologies
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and evaluate model performance in both development and production settings
  • Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills
