About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Operating Partners and leadership teams to define and execute Agentic AI, GenAI, and analytics-driven strategies.
- Develop and deploy AI implementation playbooks, frameworks, and accelerators that drive tangible value creation.
- Assess technology cost optimization, data monetization, and digital transformation opportunities across portfolio companies.
- Assess whether data is clean, secure, well‑structured, and ready for AI i.e.: AI-readiness evaluation (quality, lineage, security, architecture).
- Review existing enterprise data to identify gaps and issues and evaluate the strength of data foundations across ERP and core systems.
- Define clear, prioritized actions to fix gaps and enable AI use cases.
- Lead Agentic AI initiatives, translating business and functional requirements into agent architectures, workflows, and capabilities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Educational Background MBA / PGDM / master’s degree in data science, AI, Analytics, or Business Management.
- Engineering or quantitative background preferred.
- 10–12 years of experience in Agentic AI, digital transformation, and strategy consulting.
- Proven track record in AI-driven transformation programs, including Agentic AI, GenAI, predictive analytics, and process mining.
- Experience in building and deploying accelerators, playbooks, or proprietary platforms for data-driven consulting.
- Exceptional client engagement and stakeholder management skills, especially with C-suite executives.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate AI into business value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
- Preferred Certifications GenAI and LLM focussed, AI/ML, or data analytics certifications (Google, Microsoft, AWS, Coursera, etc.).
