About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement solutions within the Insurance service line and in collaboration with other services lines
- Work closely with Staff/Assistants, Consultants/Seniors, Managers, Senior Managers, or Client partners in EY’s global network
- Support large scale engagements and deliver high-quality client solutions
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships and networks
- Build and energize a high performing team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in valuation / reporting / pricing or modelling function in life actuarial team of an insurance / consulting / outsourcing company
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to do investigations in models / reporting process and independently solve problems
- Willingness to learn and apply learning actively in project work
- Proficiency in MS-Office Suite, Power BI, VBA, SAS, R Programming, Python, SQL, SPSS, etc., will be a plus
- Good actuarial exam progress
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing, industry studies and stakeholder presentations
- The ability to build relationships with colleagues across the business, support them and promote a collaborative environment
- Overseas exposure (especially Australia/UK/US/Europe market experience)
