About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in preparing transition plans, schedules, and documentation
  • Track readiness deliverables and ensure completion
  • Support validation of: Deployment readiness (installation, configuration)
  • Monitoring and alerting setup
  • Backup, recovery, and failover readiness
  • Ensure knowledge articles, SOPs, and training materials are prepared
  • Follow up with application, infrastructure, and testing teams for readiness closure

  • Maintain transition documents: Runbooks, checklists, acceptance artifacts
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and updates
  • Assist during early life support phase
  • Track incidents and ensure smooth stabilization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–8 years’ experience
  • Basic understanding of: Application lifecycle & deployment
  • IT infrastructure and support models
  • Familiarity with: ITIL concepts
  • Service transition frameworks
  • Strong coordination, tracking, and documentation skills
  • Good proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
  • Basic project management & organization
  • Stakeholder management capability
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of IT service management (ITIL basics preferred)
