About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders (clients and onshore teams) to gather, refine, and define technical requirements
- Work independently with minimal supervision to deliver high-quality Workiva solutions
- Design, develop, and implement solutions across Workiva components including Connect, Transform, Report, and Automate
- Build and manage Wdata pipelines for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and reporting
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle activities including requirements documentation, connectivity, design, build, validation, and implementation
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams and client stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and drive implementation of best practices
- Develop and deliver training sessions for team members on new initiatives, tools, and capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–6 years of hands-on experience working on the Workiva platform
- Strong expertise in Workiva modules: Connect, Transform, Report, and Automate
- Experience with Wdata and pipeline development
- Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel
- Experience with data integration, ETL tools, and BI tools (preferred)
- Familiarity with process mapping and workflow design
- Exposure to regulatory reporting tools such as Axiom, Vermeg, OneSumX, SofGen, or Fed Reporter is an advantage
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
