About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with audit team and other pillars in the Africa Assurance Innovation and Digital team
  • Help clients navigate complex data science and analytics
  • Collaborate with data engineers, solution architects, product management, data analysts and data scientists

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Preferred degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics or equivalent
  • Be proficient in Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working for a professional services firm
  • Experience working with external audit
  • Ability to understand fundamentals of programming
  • Understand business processes and how to analyse from a data point of view
  • Understand basic business processes, financial statement close process and related systems
