About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document detailed requirements for Talent projects, including SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration needs
  • Analyze existing Talent processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that leverage SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work closely with technical teams to design and implement data integration solutions, ensuring the accurate and secure flow of data between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems
  • Create comprehensive and clear business requirement documents, process maps, use cases, and other relevant documentation to guide project implementation
  • Develop test plans, scenarios, and conduct testing to ensure the functionality and integration of SAP SuccessFactors meet business needs and quality standards
  • Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to ensure a shared understanding of project objectives and progress
  • Collaborate with change management teams to support end-users in adapting to new systems and processes resulting from SAP SuccessFactors implementations
  • Identify and address project issues and risks related to SAP SuccessFactors and data integration, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to business processes and system functionality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors preferred
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration
  • 5 to 8 years of industry experience preferably in Talent
