Key responsibilities & impact- Establishing and executing strategic and tactical plans for ITIL / ITSM implementation
- Defining and costing complete Service Management solutions
- Creating service model frameworks in accordance with RFP requirements
- Demonstrating consultative solution skills during bidding phases
- Building and managing Service Management Implementation Roadmaps
- Delivering Service Management Implementation Projects as a lead or consultant
- Preparing clear and concise communications for multiple audiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in IT service management
- ITIL Intermediate Level or ITIL 4 MPT Certification
- Experience leading process implementation & improvement projects
- Process Consulting
- Process audit, assessment and GAP experience in Service Management
- Strong understanding of Project Management skills
