About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take on complex project tasks and enhance service delivery
- Support project team on engagement management and coordination activities
- Act as a central point of contact for the assigned engagement(s)
- Conduct detailed analysis and reporting using applications like Power BI, Visio, SharePoint
- Support junior colleagues with PMO processes knowledge and activities
- Regularly interface with engagement teams and develop strong relationships
- Offer insightful improvement suggestions to enhance client satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of relevant industry or project management experience
- Bachelor in Business Administration/Economics/Project Management or Master’s degree
- HR Background
- Strong analytical/numerical skills
- Confidence in dealing with senior-level contacts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English communication - both written and verbal
- Experience in PMO activities including leading project meetings and tracking actions
- Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
