About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic and tactical support to help win new business
- Participate in proposal management and strategy
- Co-author content for proposals and presentations
- Drive strategic communications process on proposals
- Research, write and edit proposal content
- Facilitate meetings with bid response team
- Project manage proposal coordination
- Monitor proposal activities for adherence to deadlines and quality standards
- Review final proposal collateral
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Strong business acumen
- Organized, detail-oriented and highly deadline-driven
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels
- Highly developed computer skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Undergraduate degree required (major in Language, Communications, Marketing or Business)
- Fluency in French and English
