About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Use an answer first approach to deliver growth, market and portfolio strategy engagements for corporates.
  • Spearhead a team of 3-7 professionals undertaking corporate strategy studies.
  • Support business development activities through both spearheading pursuits and developing strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Participate in building a sector-focused practice across EY service lines; Specialization in a specific sector will be an added advantage.
  • Contribute to the development of intellectual capital in your industry of expertise.
  • Be a part of case teams to provide solutions to unstructured problems.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in executing and managing strategy consulting engagements, client engagement skills and expertise in delivering strategic insights on accounts and sectors.
  • Integrate AI and advanced analytics into core client problem solving across strategy, operations, growth, and transformation topics.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, create insights, and improve team productivity while ensuring quality and rigor.
  • Knowledge of databases such as CapIQ, Thomson etc.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, exposure to tools like Power BI, Alteryx, working knowledge of VBA, Python will be a plus.
  • Master’s degree.
  • Ideally, you’ll also have project management skills.
