About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of AMS services in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • Monitor service performance and ensure compliance with contractual commitments
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver service reporting (Service Reviews, Steering Committees, SLAs)
  • Coordinate AMS operational processes, including Incident Management, Service Request Management, Request for Information (RFI), Problem Management, Microsoft escalation (Product Standard Support)
  • Act as primary point of contact for client stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment between business expectations and IT service delivery
  • Coordinate across application, integration, infrastructure, and third-party teams
  • Manage governance forums and decision-making processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as Service Delivery Manager in AMS or managed services environments
  • Experience working in multi-vendor and international environments, preferably with European teams/clients
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance, AR/AP, Billing)
  • Solid understanding of D365FO architecture and application support model
  • Basic knowledge of Azure ecosystem: monitoring, logging, integrations
  • Experience in IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of incident, problem, and service management processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
