About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide solutions proficiency to analyse and identifying gaps, to lead the solution design, and implement the Rapid Response application
- Lead in implementation, configurations, testing, training, knowledge transfer and documentation activities
- Conduct workshops to understand end to end business process requirements
- Deliver high quality client solutions that meet and exceed client/EY expectations
- Manage client solution delivery, including defining project approach, motivating project teams, monitoring, managing project risks
- Identifying new business opportunities, including building strong client relations and understanding client needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in supply chain consulting or operations role with proven experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response
- Strong expertise in detailed configuration and testing of Kinaxis Rapid Response planning tool
- In-depth knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, constraints planning
- Experience in integrations with host ERP systems through Data Warehouses
- Consulting experience, including assessments and implementations
- Kinaxis Rapid Response Solution Architect certification will be an added advantage
- Working collaboratively in a team environment
