About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end project management for strategic projects
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop a detailed cross-functional project plan
- Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Develop overall project budget and control costs
- Foster strong communication across the project with stakeholders, team members, and leadership
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
- Facilitate change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and data integration projects
- 5 to 7 years of industry experience preferably in Talent
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are desirable
