Talent Procurement Lead – Assistant Director

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a trusted business advisor to Japan Talent leaders and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and Global Procurement team members.
- Lead the build and management of a pipeline of Procurement projects.
- Responsible for achieving local Talent Procurement functional performance targets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-10 years of experience in Procurement, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- A Bachelor’s and follow-on degree in Business or similar discipline is recommended.
- Strong influencing and networking skills.
- Proven strategic sourcing experience in a complex and global environment.
- Native Japanese and advanced business English.
