About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and execute end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations
- Configure and support Employee Central, Time Management, and Global Benefits modules based on business requirements
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and prepare solution design documentation
- Perform system testing, SIT, UAT support, defect resolution, and deployment activities
- Manage data migration activities and validate data loads
- Provide best-practice recommendations and solution guidance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–7 years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience
- Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle implementations in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Hands-on implementation experience in Employee Central (EC), Time Management, Global Benefits
- Strong knowledge of Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Experience in integration touchpoints with EC Payroll or third-party systems is preferred
