About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage executive schedules including calendar and email management, travel arrangements and associated meetings
- Manage processes related to reimbursable expenses and timesheets as required /directed by executives
- Manage executive meetings, calls and projects in both virtual and in-person settings
- Develop and manage relationships with key internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare and review documents including presentations, emails, reports and agendas in accordance with Firm branding policies
- Manage documents on appropriate file servers and repositories
- Manage internal customer needs with executives; ensuring all queries/concerns are resolved and adhere to firm policy
- Coordinate internal and external events as required
- Apply and share knowledge on work processes, resources, structure, and business of the firm/service line/functional group
Requirements
What you’ll need- An associate degree in related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum of three to five years of related work experience as an Executive or Administrative
- Experience as an assistant supporting multiple key stakeholders within a corporate environment
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook (calendar management)
