About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, and configure Incentive Compensation Plans, Plan Components, Performance Measures, and Rate Tables.
- Configure Classification Rules, Assignment Rules, Credit Rules, Incentive Formulae, Flexfields, and Oracle set ups.
- Manage Imports related to Users, Transactions, Rules, and Goals.
- Develop, modify, and maintain BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, and Redwood Dashboards using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
- Support system enhancements, testing, deployments, and production support activities.
- Set up, document, and test Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud applications including upgrades and patches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, configuration, and integration-related issues.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile Scrum activities including sprint planning, prioritization, and development processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams throughout project delivery.
- Prepare and lead discovery workshops to gather, document, and validate business requirements and user stories.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years of techno-functional expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud solutions.
- Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of Incentive Compensation and Sales Performance Management concepts.
- Strong knowledge of Classification Rules, Assignment Rules, Credit Rules, Incentive Formulae, Flexfields, Web Services, and Oracle configurations.
- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and Web Services integrations.
- Strong expertise in developing BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, and Redwood Dashboards using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
