Requirements
What you’ll need- 10-14 years of experience in sales transformation, commercial excellence, revenue growth strategy, or sales operations
- Consulting experience is desired
- Proven track record in designing and implementing sales transformation programs and performance improvement initiatives
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, sales analytics, and sales process redesign.
