About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage quality of service delivery
Ensure quality in delivering client service by directing daily progress of fieldwork
Explain the client's critical success factors to the engagement team
Working directly with the onshore engagement team on a daily basis to deliver work to onshore clients
Identify engagement and client service issues
Apply independent and objective professional judgment in applying accounting standards
Customize each presentation to the acquisition’s specific attributes
Maintaining a relationship approach with senior Stakeholders
Contributing to business development activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
6-10 years (post qualification) in Assurance including at least 3+ years of Financial Accounting and Advisory experience
Good understanding of IFRS/US/UK GAAP and International auditing standards.
Technical accounting advisory on complex topics (e.g. business combinations, consolidation, shared based payments, financial instruments including debt/equity etc.)
Ability and comfort level in researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies
