About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • UAT testing of various Marketing technology products – Web, social, eMarketing & mobile
  • Write and execute test cases and scripts
  • Troubleshoot issues and support development of solutions by analysing test results and presenting findings.
  • Experience in writing and executing the test cases and scripts.
  • Manage stakeholders by understanding the requirements, liaising at ease with the customers in terms of job receipts, complaints, reporting and reviews
  • Track work pipeline and deliver as per defined SLA & commitments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise CMS (AEM - Adobe Manager Suit, Wordpress or other related CMS)
  • Experience of end to end Marketing technology products/platforms i.e. email marketing, web publishing, social media management, video hosting, automation processes, mobile operating systems.
  • Experience with QA and user experience testing process, methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in writing and executing the test cases and scripts.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work to meet frequent deadlines, and deliver a quality product.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and support development of solutions by analysing test results and presenting findings.
  • Experience managing stakeholders by understanding the requirements, liaising at ease with the customers in terms of job receipts, complaints, reporting and reviews.
  • Experience with tracking work pipeline and deliver as per defined SLA & commitments.
  • Strong marketing technology background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. (Clients are from UK)
