About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a Technical Lead in the IT Consulting team, overseeing various cloud implementation projects for global clientele
  • Interface and communicate effectively with onsite coordinators and stakeholders
  • Plan and monitor project deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and timelines
  • Mentor and guide the project team in executing identified projects, fostering a culture of excellence
  • Provide regular status updates to senior management and onsite coordinators
  • Engage with customer representatives as required to ensure project success
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed
  • Cultivate a quality-driven culture within the team
  • Manage performance evaluations for direct reports in accordance with organizational policies
  • Foster teamwork and lead by example, promoting a collaborative work environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 14+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development
  • Strategic understanding of clean core implementations
  • Understanding of AI based tools
  • Extensive working knowledge in AS-ABAP on HANA
  • Proficient in HANA Data Modelling Concepts
  • Expertise in custom code push down techniques
  • Practical knowledge of ABAP development toolkit (ADT)
  • Significant project experience in CDS and AMDP
  • Proficient in module pool programming, Adobe Forms, and Smart Forms
  • Strong ABAP programming skills with experience in RICEFW development
  • In-depth knowledge of User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs, and the new enhancement framework
  • Familiarity with SAP data migration tools and SAP GATEWAY
