About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and oversee end-to-end IT transformation programs with a focus on SAP Finance (FI/CO) solutions
- Manage large-scale implementation projects , including greenfield, brownfield, and S/4HANA system conversions
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, risk management, and adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Drive solution design decisions , ensuring scalability, standardization, and alignment with SAP best practices
- Contribute to business development activities , including proposal development, client presentations, and identifying new opportunities
- Mentor and coach team members, supporting their professional growth and development
- Participate in implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities
- Collaboration with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAP solutions
- Report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong, hands-on experience across multiple SAP FI/CO areas , with a solid understanding of end-to-end finance processes
- Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects , including S/4HANA transformations
- Proven ability to design integrated SAP solutions , covering FI/CO and its integration with other modules (e.g., SD, MM)
- Experience in acting as a Solution Architect or leading solution design streams in complex transformation programs
- Experience in business development / go-to-market activities (e.g., proposals, client discussions, opportunity shaping)
- Ideally, you’ll also have German language skills are a strong advantage
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to inspire teams
