About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support clients in end-to-end IT transformation programs with a focus on SAP Finance (FI/CO)
- Contribute to implementation projects, including greenfield, brownfield, and S/4HANA system conversions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and deliver scalable SAP solutions aligned with business requirements
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP best practices
- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities to ensure smooth system transitions
- Participate in SAP Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities
- Collaboration with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAP solutions
- Report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience in at least one of the SAP FI/CO sub-modules: FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting), CO (Product Costing, Margin Analysis), PS, RE-FX, or Treasury
- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project, preferably within an S/4HANA environment
- Understanding of financial business processes and their integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM)
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Ideally, you’ll also have German language skills are an advantage
- Confidence to take initiative and grow into more senior responsibilities.
