About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain physical connect with GPS Engagement Managers and work with them to schedule at least 30-35 SQA meetings each month with senior most Government Client Leadership
  • Must be able to obtain client details from the Engagement team/s to send emails to Senior client Bureaucracy/Hierarchy and then follow-up to close the meetings
  • Attend all virtual and NCR client meetings with GPS QA Director, take notes of the meeting and draft first cut of the ASQ reports
  • Keep the trackers required for undertaking the meetings updated and sanitised
  • Analyse the ASQ reports and synthesize the data into SSL/ Sectoral/ Geographical cohorts for sharing with the respective Leaders
  • Support in scheduling periodic meetings with the GPS Leadership team on the SQA meetings done during the period with key pointers/actions expected by clients from EY.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Good English speaking and writing skills (from English-medium Public school)
  • Should be post-graduate (Economics/ Management/others) from Tier1 college (full-time course)
  • Understanding and working knowledge of Government functioning having interfaced with senior Government Bureaucracy to schedule meetings
  • Must have good IPR/ skills to engage with, handle & manage diverse internal GPS teams
  • Methodical in terms of work management through regular updation of dashboards/monitoring trackers
  • Good analytical skills (using MS Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools) to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports based on the data of client SQA meetings for sharing with GPS Leadership
