About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end technical delivery and stability of the Drill & Blast System
- Oversee frontend and backend development, ensuring scalability and security
- Manage technical decision-making and act as escalation point for optimization issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps
- Mentor and develop Senior Consultants and Consultants on the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in Python, React, and Azure
- Experience with PostgreSQL/PostGIS and optimization systems
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and DevOps practices
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
